An investigation is underway after someone shot a large buck in broad daylight near the Fulton YMCA and Fulton High School in the area of Industrial and Wood Streets. William Woods University in Fulton is announcing changes to the 2021 Spring semester. The start date is a week later than originally planned, now set for Tuesday, January 19th. Spring break is canceled and the last day of classes is now Friday, April 23rd.
