The trials for two people charged in the death of 31 year old Carl DeBrodie in Fulton were postponed in a pretrial hearing at the Callaway County Courthouse today. [Monday]
The trial for Sherry Paulo, who managed the facility where DeBrodie lived at the time of his death, is charged with several crimes including involuntary manslaughter.
Her trial has been pushed back to August of 2019 or later because of pending federal charges.
Mary Paulo’s request for a postponement was granted for personal reasons.
DeBrodie’s remains were found encased in concrete in a storage unit in April of 2017.
