A preliminary hearing for a former substitute teacher in Mexico accused of child sex crimes is scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday) at the Audrain County Courthouse.
51 year old Randall R. Gibboney was arrested on August 23rd by Mexico Public Safety for Third Degree Child Molestation with a child less than 14 years old, invasion of privacy with a victim under 18 years of age, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor.
The preliminary hearing tomorrow (Tuesday) is scheduled for 1:30pm.
