Preliminary Hearing For Former Substitute Teacher Accused Of Child Sex Crimes
A former substitute teacher in Mexico accused of child sex crimes will be back at the Audrain County Courthouse for a preliminary hearing this (Tuesday) afternoon.
51 year old Randall R. Gibboney was arrested on August 23rd by Mexico Public Safety for Third Degree Child Molestation with a child less than 14 years old, invasion of privacy with a victim under 18 years of age, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor.
Gibboney appeared in the Audrain County Courthouse last month and that hearing was continued to today (Tuesday).
Gibboney is scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 this (Tuesday) afternoon.
