A former substitute teacher in Mexico accused of child sex crimes waives his right to a preliminary hearing at the Audrain County Courthouse this (Tuesday) afternoon.
51 year old Randall R. Giboney was arrested on August 23rd by Mexico Public Safety for Third Degree Child Molestation with a child less than 14 years old, invasion of privacy with a victim under 18 years of age, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor.
The case is now bound over to the Audrain County Circuit Court with an appearance before Judge Lamb on February 7.
