Mexico Public Safety Department Report 5/10/22

CALLS FOR SERVICE:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Monday):

A report of animal abuse or neglect at East Bolivar.

Harassment on the corner of Hazel Place/Morris/West Street.

An unwanted subject on 629 East Liberty and at the North Wade apartment building.

A reported kidnapping on North Washington.

A fight in progress at 1109 East Liberty.

CAR ACCIDENTS:

A two car accident yesterday (Monday) on North Western at Hendricks. According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 63 year old Joyce A. Williams of Palmyra entered the intersection and a vehicle driven by 61 year old Keith V. Hillard of Paris swerved to miss Williams vehicle and collided with it. Hillard’s vehicle left the road. No injuries were reported.
