Two separate accidents in Monroe County yesterday (Tuesday) have left an 17-year-old and 18-year-old with injuries.
One accident happened just before 9pm last night on Route A, 4.5 miles north of Holliday.
A 17-year-old male juvenile of Paris was traveling south on Route A, hit a deer and was ejected.
He was taken by Monroe County ambulance to University Hospital with serious injuries.
A second accident happened yesterday (Tuesday) morning on Monroe Road 390, 4.5 miles west of Monroe City when 18-year-old Charity D. Roberts of Monroe City had her vehicle go off the road and hit some trees and overturn.
She was taken by Monroe County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital with moderate injuries.
