In a follow-up to a story published August 3rd that is truly good news:
Baptist Homes and Healthcare Ministries have agreed to move forward with negotiations with Tri-County Care Center Board of Directors. There are no plans to change any aspects of the facility structure at this time. Tri-County will continue to serve Vandalia and the surrounding area as a skilled nursing facility as they have since 1969.
