Dr. Zack Treat Moving to Iowa

Cornerstone Family Medicine is announcing the departure of Dr. Treat. With the closure of the hospital, Mexico can no longer offer the opportunities for growth that Dr. Treat hopes for. Dr. Alex Finck says he is happy to take over Dr. Treat’s patients, but there is no pressure to stay with the clinic. Dr. Finck also wants to assure the community that he is not going anywhere, he’s a Mexico boy, born and bred, and plans to stay forever.

Losing Zack Treat is bittersweet as everyone is very fond of him. Dr. Finck says, “Zack, thank you for being here, taking a chance on us and giving our clinic all you had. You leave our town a better place, our clinic a stronger practice, and me a better doctor. We wish you all the best, my friend.”
