The 25th Relay For Life of Audrain County is now in the books.
Saturday night’s event in downtown Mexico had a good turnout with thirteen teams participating and raising money.
According to Chair Nancy Early, just over forty-three thousand two hundred seventy-five dollars has already been tallied with more funds yet to be turned in.
The Relay For Life is the main fundraising event for the American Cancer Society and monies raised go to fund cancer research and benefit those battling cancer and their caregivers.
