Dr. Tim Hadfield of Educational Governance Leadership presented findings to the Board based on surveys with District staff, students, and patrons with recommendations for complying with the latest Comprehensive School Improvement Plan.
Some of the proposals presented include: developing a comprehensive facilities plan and proactively budget for major capital expenditures, develop a comprehensive professional development plan as well reviewing and refining their communication plan.
When it comes to students, it was recommended that the District update curriculum, assessment, and resources to engage students as well as updating curriculum offerings to engage students in career exploration.
