Sean Hoehn, 41, of Holts Summit is in the Cole County Jail without bond after being arrested at a traffic stop by the Cole County Sheriff’s K9 Unit in the area of Hwy 50 and Hwy 179 in Jefferson City on Monday. He was arrested for possession of Meth and Heroin. The investigation continues.
