Load Shifts and Topples Semi in Jefferson City Wednesday

Jefferson City Police reports that Matthew Schulte of Tuscumbia is recovering in a Columbia hospital after his tractor trailer overturned when its load shifted at the Route W overpass at Highway 54 yesterday afternoon. The ramp was closed for approximately two hours for investigation and clean up.
