Winter sports are just around the corner at Mexico High School with boys and girls basketball starting practices next week as is girls wrestling; boys wrestling begin their practices in a couple of weeks.
According to Activities Director Brandon Schafer, there have been no coaching changes with the exception of Gayle Adams adding to his coaching staff.
Athletics isn’t the only thing going on during the winter though.
E-Sports is a growing college sport as well with a number of colleges offering scholarships to players.
