Van-Far Parents As Teachers is once again sponsoring their Christmas from a Small Town Heart Saturday.
Organizer Lori Culwell says the event started four years ago.
Kids can shop from 2 until 5 and then again after the Lighted Christmas Parade that begins at 6 from the Vandalia Fairgrounds and according to Amy Kuda, there will be a special guest in the parade.
Christmas from a Small Town Heart takes place at the First Baptist Church Multi-Purpose Building while the other festivities go on downtown.
