A new face will greet Eugene Field Elementary students in the gym next year.
The Mexico School District is announcing the hiring of Hanna Branch as the new P.E. teacher for the school.
Branch comes to Mexico from Hixson Middle School in Webster Groves and has been teaching for three years.
Her fiance, Gavin Jones, also works for Mexico Public Schools.
Branch has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Performance with a minor in Sports Psychology as well as a second Bachelor’s Degree in PE.
She has coached softball for more than five years and played for McKendree University.
