The Audrain County Health Department is announcing Kay Dubbert as the 2023 recipient of the William “Bill” Johnson Advocate award for Public Health.

Dubbert is a retired registered nurse.
She will be honored at a ceremony and dinner in her honor on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at the Presser Arts Center.
