The Mexico High School Junior Varsity Team competed in the Centralia Invitational on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
Senior Christian Frederickson won the race with his time of 20:20.
Not far behind him was Sophomore Kyle Lewis finishing 2nd with a time of 20:25.
In addition to the top two runners the Bulldogs also saw Senior William Bingham, Junior Landon Higgins, and Freshman Braiden Bock all earn medals by placing in the top 10.
Mexico Cross Country coach Lucas Brenneman says “Any time you run as strong as we did up front it usually fairs well for the team and that was indeed the case as the Bulldogs were able to win the JV race as a team!”
