Mexico High School Cross Country Results From Mexico Autumn Classic

The Mexico Bulldogs High School cross country team showed up big in their final home race of the 2023 season at the Mexico Autumn Classic held in Mexico at the Green Estates on Tuesday, October 17th.
Mexico coach Lucas Brenneman said “We had two team victories and 10 runners earning individual awards in their race.
We are running well right now and that is exactly what you want to see as you move closer to Districts.
The key now is to carry our momentum in to Districts and hopefully State.
The boys varsity team won their race by just barley edging out a strong Helias team.
The boys were led by Junior Tyler Grimes who finished 2nd overall.
In the Girls race it was Sophomore Maggie Ramsey leading the way with her 15th place finish.
The final race of the evening was the Junior Varsity race and they were led by Senior William Bingham who finished 3rd and led his team to a JV team victory.”
