Audrain County residents can expect to receive their 2023 property tax statements in their mailboxes in the coming weeks.
Audrain County Collector of Revenue Amy LeCount says she is currently proofing the bills.
LeCount is advising taxpayers to promptly review their statements and contact the office to address any concerns.
Property taxes are assessed as of January 1st each year.
The deadline to pay without incurring penalties and fees is December 31st.
