Mexico Public Safety Responds To Porch Fire Under Home On Muldrow
No injuries reported after an overnight fire under a porch at a Mexico house.
Mexico Public Safety responded to the 1000 block of Muldrow just after 2am on Friday, December 8, 2023.
An alert passerby reported seeing a fire under the front porch of a home.
Mexico Public Safety says personnel located the fire and extinguished it with the porch suffering minor fire damage.
The resident, who was sleeping at the time, was unaware of the fire.
Mexico Public Safety reports the apparent cause was the disposal of smoking material.
