Calls for service:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Tuesday), December 13, 2023:
- Driving without a valid license at the West Breckenridge apartment building.
- Unwanted subject on North Jefferson.
- Assault with no-injury at the Audrain County Courthouse.
- Trespassing on North Wade.
- Fraud at 907 East Liberty.
- Sex offender residency violations on Garfield.
- Careless and imprudent driver at West Liberty.
- Shoplifting at 4820 South Clark.
- Property damage on Carrico.
Car accidents:
A three-car accident reported on Clark at South Street on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 58-year-old Tamara Lam of Mexico stopped on South Clark in the southbound lane to take a turn.
A vehicle driven by 31-year-old Taylor R. McCoy stopped behind Lam’s vehicle.
A vehicle driven by 41-year-old Michael W. Murphy of Wellsville collided into McCoy’s vehicle causing it collide with Lam’s vehicle.
All vehicles received minor damage in the accident.
No injuries were reported.
