Audrain County Health Department Continuing WIC Services In 2024
The Audrain County Health Department will continue providing the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants, and Children with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for 2024.
The health department made the announcement about the WIC program was made on Thursday, December 28, 2023.
Under the contract, the Audrain County Health Department will be able to deliver services up to 544 people every month.
WIC provides nutritious supplemental foods and nutrition education to pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children up to age 5 at no cost.
