Fayette High School girls basketball team has advanced in the district playoffs with a 46-42 win over Westran on Thursday night.
Fayette will play Salisbury in the District Championship game on Friday, hosted at the Sturgeon High School.
The Community R6 Lady Trojans had their season come to an end with a 64-44 loss to Higbee in the Class 1, District 9 playoffs.
In the Class 3, District 7 playoffs it was the #1 seeded Montgomery County girls beating Hermann 52-35.
The Centralia Lady Panthers took out Father Tolton 56-45.
Montgomery County will play Centralia in the District Championship game Friday night.
In Class 3, District 6 playoffs. Palmyra defeated Macon 49-38.
South Shelby edged out Highland 52-48.
Palmyra meets South Shelby in the District Championship game Friday night.
