Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 21-year-old Taylor M. Martell for a Boone County warrant on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Thursday, March 8, 2024.
- Property damage on North Western.
- Trespassing at 710 South Clark and at 4820 South Clark.
- Domestic verbal incident on West Jackson.
- Stolen vehicle reported at North Washington.
- Vehicle break-in on Park Crest.
- Displaying a weapon at Yale.
Car accidents:
A two-car accident on Huntingfield at Boulevard on Thursday, March 7, 2024.
According to the Mexico Public Safety Department accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 76-year-old Michael Kraft of Mexico started to turn west onto Boulevard as a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Christine Alexander of Rush Hill was turning onto Huntingfield and a collision happened.
No injuries were reported.
