A Vandalia man has moderate injuries following a one-car accident in Ralls County during the evening hours of Sunday, April 14, 2024.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened on Route F, 11 miles north of Vandalia.
A vehicle driven by 35-year-old Adam T. Ritter swerved to avoid a deer, traveled off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
Ritter was taken by Ralls County ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.
