Fatal Motorcycle Accident In Pike County
A Troy, Missouri man is dead after a motorcycle accident in Pike County during the evening hours of Thursday, July 4, 2024.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol accident report it happened on Pike County Road 255 east of Pike County Road 256.
A motorcycle driven by 20-year-old Teven J. Blackwell was driving too fast for conditions and was performing a stunt, when lost control of the motorcycle and sideswiped a parked vehicle.
The motorcycle then traveled off the road and hit a parked trailer and ejected Blackwell.
He was taken to Pike County Memorial where he was later pronounced dead.
