Mexico And Odessa Football Clash In A Battle Of The Bulldogs

The Mexico Bulldogs lost 38-14 to the Odessa Bulldogs on the road in Week 3 of high school football on Friday, September 14, 2024.

Mexico had a slow start to the game and got down early 10-0 after the first quarter.

Mexico would trail 24-0 at the half.

Mexico played a much better second half.

After the Mexico defense recovered a fumble in the third quarter, the offense would score their first touchdown of the game on a seven yard rush from Drew DeMint.

Mexico would have its best drive of the game that started on the nine-yard line at the 4:24 mark of the third quarter and went 91 yards that was capped off by a 10-yard touchdown rush from Korbyn Dorsey.

Mexico fell to 1-2 on the season.

Up next Mexico will play Marshall on Friday, September 20th for Homecoming 2024.
