Mexico High School Girls Team Plays At Troy Doubles Tournament

The Mexico High School girls tennis team competed in the Troy Doubles Tournament on Saturday, 14, 2024.

Mexico girls tennis head coach Kim Costley says “We traveled to Troy on Saturday for a doubles tournament. It was a different format than we have played before. The matches were shortened a bit and everyone played at least 3 teams. We had some different doubles partners so it was good to see them play with a different partner. Yolitza and Marali had a great day. They got better every match and started to really understand some strategic movement patterns. It is great to see their growth. This tournament had some large schools, but it was a great experience.”
