Mexico Bulldogs Football Defeats Moberly In North Central Missouri Conference Season Finale

The Mexico Bulldogs picked up their first road win of the season with a 39-20 victory over the Moberly Spartans on Friday, October 18. 2024.

Mexico scored five touchdowns on the evening.

Hunter Cuno opened up the scoring with a seven-yard rush at the end of the first quarter.

Mexico would go up by two scores when Drew DeMint rumbled for a 70 yard touchdown and it was 13-0 Mexico after the missed extra point.

Peyton Hoover would get into the end zone twice in the third quarter.

Hoover scored on a 9-yard rushing touchdown and scored on a 25-yard pick six.

Hunter Cuno would own the fourth quarter with two touchdowns.

A nine-yard touchdown run and a 74-yard rushing score.

Mexico improved to 4-4 on the season and 3-2 in the North Cenrtral Missouri Conference.
