- Stealing or theft on West Jackson and 4820 South Clark and on East Liberty/Holt and at North Jefferson/Jackson.
- Threats on West Pearson.

Car accidents:
No injuries reported following a two-car accident on Holt at Boulevard on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Del Lee Pope of Vandalia was sitting at the intersection and started backing up without looking and backed into a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Andrea Dennis of Mexico.
