Mexico Public Safety Department Report 1/8/2025
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Tuesday, January 7, 2025:
- A suspicious person on Summit.
- Railroad crossing problem at South Morris/Monroe.
- Domestic verbal incident on Garfield.
- Assault without injury at Howell Manor Court.
- Harassment at 4820 South Clark.
- A domestic physical incident on West Monroe.
Car accidents:
Mexico Public Safety responded to a two-car accident on East Liberty at Sannebeck Drive on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Russell Lovelace of Mexico collided with the rear of a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Ryan Redmon of Mexico.
The collision caused Redmon’s vehicle to slide-off onto the shoulder according to the accident report.
No injuries were reported.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
