Mexico Varsity Boys And Girls Basketball Teams Battle Kirksville On The Road

 

The Mexico High School boys and girls basketball teams split games against Kirksville at the Kirksville High School on Friday, Jan. 23, 2025.

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs lost 67-61 to the Kirksville Lady Tigers.

Claire Hudson led the way offensively for Mexico scoring 20 points.

Freshman Scottie Smith had a career night with 19 points.

And freshman Alyssa Miller got into double digits with 10 points.

The Mexico Bulldogs boys defeated Kirksville for a second time this season.

The Bulldogs bested the Tigers by a score of 66-48.

Jaydon Eldridge had a game high 17 points.

PJ Perkins put 14 points.

Kaden Benne finished with 14 points.

And Charlie Fisher had 10 points.

The Mexico boys improved to 10-5 overall and 4-0 in the North Central Missouri Conference.
