Mexico Bulldogs Basketball Completes Season Sweep Over Marshall Owls

The Mexico Bulldogs boys and girls varsity basketball teams picked up wins over Marshall at the Mexico High School Sports Complex on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025.

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs defeated Marshall 58-49.

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs offense was led by Claire Hudson with 22 points.

Scottie Smith put up 15 points and Alyssa Miller had 10 points.

The Mexico girls have now won two in a row and improved to 10-10 overall and 4-3 in the North Central Missouri Conference.

The Mexico Bulldogs beat Marshall 80-44. Mexico had 10 players get into the scoring book.

They were led by senior Jaydon Eldridge who finished with 21 points.

Jaydon is now just 13 points away from reaching 1,000 points in his varsity career.

Charlie Fisher finished with 13 points.

Austin Maxwell put up 11 points.

Mexico hit 10 three pointers as a team.

The Bulldogs won their eighth consecutive game.

Mexico improved to 16-5 overall and pushed their North Central Missouri Conference record to 7-0.
