The following is a press release from the Audrain County Sheriff’s Department.
During the early morning hours of Friday, April 4, 2025, the East Central Drug Task Force, assisted by the Audrain County Sheriff‘s Office and the Mexico Department of Public Safety, served a search warrant at a residence on Quantico Road in Mexico.
As a result of the search warrant, officers arrested two (2) people and seized Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, stolen property, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia used in the illegal distribution and use of controlled substances.
Arrested:1. Raymond Glenn Head, age 61 of Mexico, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Head remains in the Audrain County Jail on a no-bond arrest warrant.
2. Kevin Dean Snyder, age 41 of Mexico, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Snyder remains in the Audrain County Jail on a no-bond arrest warrant.
During the mid-morning hours of Friday, April 4, 2025, the East Central Drug Task Force, assisted by the Audrain County Sheriff‘s Office, the Mexico Department of Public Safety, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol, served a search warrant at a residence on South Missouri Street in Mexico.
As a result of the search warrant, officers arrested six (6) people and seized Fentanyl and multiple items of drug paraphernalia used in the illegal distribution and use of controlled substances.
Arrested:1. Sarah Elizabeth Blackwell, age 50, of Mexico, for First Degree Drug Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Sarah Blackwell remains in the Audrain County Jail on a no-bond arrest warrant.
2. Dakota Michael Goodin, age 28, of Mexico, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Goodin remains in the Audrain County Jail on a no-bond arrest warrant.
3. Christine Gilbert, age 38 of Mexico, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Gilbert remains in the Audrain County Jail on a $10,000 cash or surety bond arrest warrant.

4. Shawntarius Thrower-Hoffman, age 20 of Mexico, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
5. Dylan Wayne Blackwell, age 25, of Mexico, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Blackwell was court-ordered released on his recognizance with a date to appear in court.
6. Gretchen Raye Whipple, age 20, of Mexico, for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Whipple was booked and released pending the formal filing of charges by the Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Persons arrested for criminal offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty, and the accusations against them are merely allegations.
