Each year, following the April board election, the Board of Education holds an organizational meeting within 14 days to certify the election results.
The April 8, 2025 election results were certified for our Audrain, Callaway, and Monroe county voters in the school district.
During this meeting, newly elected board members officially begin their service by taking the oath of office, administered by the board secretary.
Scott Nichols and Jon Calhoun took the Oath of Office from Board Secretary Kaity Baker.
Following board policy, Superintendent Dr. Troy Lentz temporarily led the meeting to assist the board in electing a new president.
Board officers:

- Vice President – Michelle Stephens
- Secretary – Kaity Baker
- Treasurer – Mathew Pilger
As part of the reorganization process, the board appoints representatives to the Missouri School Boards’ Association (MSBA).
