Mizzou women’s basketball coach Kellie Harper announced the first recruit of the 2026 class earlier this week, in the form of 6-foot-3
Cecilie Brandimore. The Franklin, Tennessee native brings some size to the Tiger’s roster.

Mizzou women’s soccer has refreshed their coaching staff. Former assistant Kelsey Wys was promoted to associate head coach, Renee Horton was brought in as an additional associate head coach, and Austen Parker was added as an assistant.

Bobby Witt Jr had an rbi single and then Vinnie Pasquantino added a two-run single to lead a 3-run uprising in the 7th, that lead the Kansas City Royals to a 3-2 win over Seattle last night. Seth Lugo got the win.  KC split the four game set with the Mariners.

The St. Louis Cardinals enjoyed an off day yesterday as they traveled to Wrigley Field to prepare to face the Chicago Cubs in a key holiday weekend series. This three-game set with the National League Central division leading Cubbies could determine whether the Cards will be buyers or sellers at the trade deadline later this month. Or, a combination of both.
