Bust out the t-shirts

The frigid weather that permeated mid-Missouri over the weekend will start moving out today and make way for warmer temperatures and windy conditions.  Believe it or not after this cold spell, mid-Missouri due for some warmer weather, as temperatures expected to be near the 50 degree mark beginning tomorrow, all the way through Christmas.
