The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Roy Dale Barham, of Fulton, on Friday. He was charged with Second-Degree Child Molestation of a Child Less Than 12 Years Old, Statutory Sodomy – Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Person Less Than 14 Years Old, First-Degree Statutory Sodomy – Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Person Less Than 14 Years Old and First-Degree Sexual Abuse.
The charges stem from 4 separate incidents that occurred between 1989 and 2025. His victims ranged in age from 3-to-9 years old.
Court documents noted that Barham is a convicted sex offender who continued to be around children since being released from prison.
