Cold weather sees reopening of warming centers

After an unseasonably warm weekend, mid-Missouri has had a blast of arctic air push through the state, bringing dangerous cold temperatures with wind chills well below zero. Area Warming centers, which provide short-term shelter from the dangerously cold weather are open in Mid-Missouri.
