Keiner Asprilla, a 19-year-old Missouri basketball prospect, saw his three-day jury trial canceled and extended into a four-day proceeding in March, according to Boone County court records.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, and second-degree kidnapping stemming from allegations tied to a September 2024 incident in Columbia during a recruiting visit.
The trial is now scheduled for March 10, with a pretrial conference set for March 2 at the Boone County Courthouse.
Asprilla remains jailed in the Boone County Jail without bond.
