Police in Columbia are searching for a suspect after shots were fired late Thursday night.
Officers responded to the 2400 block of Nelwood Drive, where they found a man suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to a local hospital.
Investigators say they’re looking for a dark-colored sedan seen leaving the area.
The Columbia Police Department is asking anyone with information to come forward and to avoid the area as the investigation continues
