South Rock Quarry Road in Columbia will be closed starting Tuesday, January 20th. The City of Columbia’s Storm water Division says contractors will replace a failed storm water pipe north of East Nifong Boulevard.
Detour signs will be posted, and drivers are urged to plan ahead for alternate routes. The work is expected to wrap up by Monday, February 2nd, weather permitting.
