Two, of three Suspects Back in Court for Deadly Columbia Shooting
Two of the Three suspects charged in a deadly Columbia shooting are back in Boone County court Today.
Kobe Aust and Joseph Crane both pleaded not guilty and remain held without bond.
Their bond hearings are set for today at 1 p.m., with preliminary hearings scheduled for March 5.
A third defendant, Alexis Baumann, also entered a not-guilty plea through her attorney.
Her bond hearing is scheduled for Thursday, and her preliminary hearing is set for March 10.
The charges stem from a shooting police say followed a Facebook Marketplace robbery involving stolen iPhones, which left 42-year-old Michael Ryan Burke dead.
