The Boonville R-1 School District Board of Education has appointed Dr. Brent Hodge as the district’s next superintendent beginning for the 2026–2027 school year.
According to a Facebook post from the district, Hodge has served as principal of Boonville High School since the 2023–2024 school year.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology education from the University of Central Missouri, a master’s degree and education specialist degree from William Woods University and a doctorate in educational leadership from Saint Louis University.
