Mexico woman pleads guilty in school-zone drug case; five years probation per charge

A Mexico, woman has pleaded guilty for her role in a drug case near a school and park.

Rhonda Duniphan admitted to conspiracy to distribute and possession of a controlled substance.

She was sentenced to five years of supervised probation on each charge, but could face prison time if she violates the terms.

The investigation began in October 2024, when officers found marijuana, meth, prescription pills, and a handwritten ledger linking drug sales to the couple’s home.

Her husband, Steven Duniphan, previously pleaded guilty and received two 10-year prison sentences for distributing drugs in a protected location.
