A bond hearing is set for 10:30 this morning for a Wellsville man accused of child sexual abuse and possession of child sexual abuse material.
Nineteen-year-old Logan J. Nelson faces charges including sexual exploitation of a minor, possession of child pornography, and furnishing pornographic material to a minor.
Police say Nelson admitted to having sex with someone under 18 and keeping videos of the act on his phone.
He was already wanted in Joplin for failure to appear and told officers he’s been homeless, and staying with friends.
Nelson is being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
