The first crew arrived within four minutes to find the large maintenance building locked but the fire suppression system actively flowing water to the sprinkler system. The crews forced entry into the west side of the building, and had the fire fully extinguished within 10 minutes.
Fire officials notated the working fire suppression system as a major reason the blaze wasn’t able to spread to vehicles and other parts of the facility.
No injuries were reported.
