Mizzou women’s basketball fell to BYU 93-75 in the Women’s Basketball Invitation Tournament.
BYU’s early offensive explosion led to a massive 21-point lead by the end of the first quarter and led by as many as 31 points late in the third, securing their first-ever program win over Missouri and ended the Tigers’ season.
BYU’s Sophomore guard Delaney Gibb led the Cougars with 29 points, hitting a career-high seven 3-pointers and surpassing 1,000 career points during the game.
MU’s – Grace Slaughter scored 17 points for the Tigers, maintaining her streak of double-digit scoring in every game this season.

The Kansas City Royals fell to the Texas Rangers, 3-2 in the first of two exhibition games at Globe Life Field.

The St. Louis Cardinals defeated their Double-A affiliate, the Springfield Cardinals, 3–2. in the Cards v Cards Matchup- the final stop of St. Louis’s Spring Training tour before their regular season opener on Thursday when they take on Tampa Bay Rays

The Cardinals also let top prospect JJ Wetterholt know he had made the team.
A corresponding roster move to add him to the 40-man roster has yet to be made.
