A serious crash in Ralls County early Friday morning sent one man to the hospital.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a northbound 2026 Peterbilt semi went off the road on U.S. 61 in New London around 2:15 a.m.
The truck traveled off the left edge of the roadway, crossed the median and overturned.
The driver, a 57-year-old man from Center Point, Iowa, was seriously injured.
He was wearing a seatbelt and was taken by Marion County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital.
The vehicle had extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
The Ralls County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
